Cathedral Christian Preschool & Daycare is an outreach ministry of Cathedral in the Pines Christian Center and an extension of Cathedral Christian School.  The Preschool & Daycare was founded in 1974 as a Preschool & Elementary School.  The Preschool & Daycare are fully licensed by the State of Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Service, better known as Child Care Licensing.

Cathedral Preschool's educational philosophy is built upon a unique set of characteristics.
In addition to our Christian faith, we look to developmental psychology theories to provide the foundation for our program.  We seek to encourage and assist the child in developing their own unique pattern of interests, talents, and thoughts.  To achieve this, learning experiences are enhanced through an academic curriculum, hands-on activities, and low teacher to student ratios, incorporating co-teaching teams as well as teacher and assistant teacher teams.

We have a highly experienced teaching staff, many have been with us for 10+ years, which allows us to enjoy a low staff turnover.
